General Information:

The Fine Arts Ticket Office is located within the lobby of the Fine Arts Building at 540 West Call Street on the campus of Florida State University.

Tickets can be purchased in person or over the phone Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm (Summer hours may vary). Tickets can also be purchased through this site at any time. Online sales end two hours before an event is scheduled to begin. If seating is still available, tickets can also be purchased at the door.

Please note that all programs, artists, ticket prices, dates, and times are subject to change without notice.

Payment:

No unpaid reservations are permitted at the Fine Arts Ticket Office. All tickets must be paid for at the time of ordering. The Fine Arts Ticket Office accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and the FSU Card as forms of payment. Checks must be made payable to Florida State University or FSU. Please note that tickets purchased at the door can only be paid for with cash at some venues.

Delivery:

Tickets purchased via mail, phone, or online can be mailed, if requested. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Tickets purchased less than 10 days prior to an event will automatically be held at will call. Will call tickets can be picked up in person at the Fine Arts Ticket Office during normal hours of operation or at the door beginning one hour prior to the event. Guests should be prepared to present a drivers license or other valid photo ID when picking up will call tickets.

Fees:

Handling fees may apply to phone, mail, and online orders. All handling fees are nonrefundable. In the event of cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

Refunds:

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds unless an event is cancelled and not rescheduled.

Discounts:

Tickets to some events are discounted for students and a valid student ID must be presented to receive any such discount. Any discounts must be asked for at the time of purchase. All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket unless otherwise noted. As a courtesy to audience members, please use discretion regarding your child's ability to sit quietly and enjoy a performance.

Complimentary Tickets:

Complimentary tickets should be picked up in person with a valid photo ID at the Fine Arts Ticket Office during normal hours of operation. These tickets can not be redeemed online and handling fees will apply to any complimentary tickets that are requested over the phone. If seating is still available, complimentary tickets can also be picked up at the door with a valid photo ID.

Accessible Seating:

Please advise ticket office staff prior to purchasing tickets when special seating is required (wheelchair, few stairs, etc.)

Late Seating:

At most events, seating begins thirty minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Latecomers to events will be seated at the discretion of the house manager or ushers at a suitable break in the performance.

Misplaced Tickets:

Lost or stolen tickets that have been paid for with a credit card or check may be reprinted for a $1.00 per ticket fee by calling or visiting the Fine Arts Ticket Office. Reprinted tickets will override original tickets. Please note that complimentary tickets can not be reprinted.

Exchanges:

Guests wishing to be seated together must order at the same time. Tickets for some events with multiple dates can be exchanged for alternate dates or seating locations for a $2.00 exchange fee by calling or visiting the Fine Arts Ticket Office. Please note that complimentary tickets can not be exchanged.
